Preston F. McDaniel

Originally from Rock Hill, SC, Preston McDaniel graduated from Rock Hill High School. Shortly after graduation, he moved to Columbia to attend USC where he graduated, in 1973, with a B.A. History and Political Science. He spent some time outside of the US while attending the University of Brussels in Brussels, Belgium and the University of Leeds in Leeds, England. Moving back, Preston attended and graduated from the USC Law School in 1976. In the year 1984, Preston McDaniel started his private practice. He's been helping injured workers for over 35 years.

In addition to his private practice experience, Preston worked as Legal Counsel for the SC Governor's Office. He fulfilled duties as General Counsel at the State Accident Fund. He served on the Governor Sanford's Workers' Comp Reform Task Force as the sole appointee for injured workers. During the years 1994, 1998 and 2005, he served on the Workers' Comp Legislative Negotiating Committee. Preston started practicing law to help those that need to get a fair shake and that's what he's still doing over 35 years later!

Preston F. McDaniel has more judicial decisions than any currently practicing attorney in the state of South Carolina.

Matthew C. Robertson

Matt is originally from Port Arthur, Texas. He attended Texas A&M University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology.
As a student, Matt was a member of the Kappa Alpha fraternity and the Gamma Beta Phi honor society. Matt also holds a Master of Public Administration degree from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville.

Matt earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of South Carolina, where he earned the CALI Award for Academic Excellence in the area of Domestic Relations.

Matt was admitted to the South Carolina Bar in 2003 and the North Carolina Bar in 2004. His practice focuses almost exclusively on workers'
compensation in South Carolina and North Carolina. Matt has litigated nine cases in the South Carolina Court of Appeals and South Carolina Supreme Court with only one loss. Matt is proud to aggressively represent the injured workers of South Carolina and North Carolina and is happy to take on any case no matter the size or difficulty of the claim.
